Our process begins with a thorough consultation.   Later, at a comprehensive presentation, we explain our plans and suggestions, and document the costs associated with the realization of our ideas, by providing room-by-room invoices with itemized pricing.

Once we obtain our client’s approval and authorization to proceed, the transformation begins.  We specify the particulars and direct tradespersons, craftsmen, artisans and vendors while we detail, illustrate, order, manufacture, collect and store various furniture pieces and items that will ultimately be delivered and installed in the dwelling.

The cost of this process varies.  It is relative to factors like the size of the project, existing furniture and other belongings that are available for reuse, the design style and the client’s lifestyle and goals.  Additionally, we are a full service organization with turn-key capabilities.  Our interior design, construction and architectural teams offer complete home or hospitality interiors and can handle any aspect of the process, from interior décor and specification to the total construction of a new home, inn or boutique hotel.   Our “invoice-based” system allows the scope of work to be determined and costs established prior to implementation, which provides transparency throughout the process.
