With yesterday’s announcement of the 2012 Oscar nominations we thought we’d do a post today about which film had the best set design. After all our VIP lounge for the 2011 The Next Cool Thing was inspired by last year’s critically acclaimed and Oscar Award-winning Black Swan, Natalie Portman won the Academy Award for Best Actress for the film, while Aronofsky was nominated for Best Director and the film itself received a nomination for Best Picture.
