Outdoor Living Spaces

With the beautiful weather we have been having here in Atlanta, one immediately thinks of ways to spend time outside. Outdoor living spaces are great extensions of a home.  They help families come together while enjoying fresh air, the sounds of nature and healthy recreational activities.

One key to a successful outdoor environment is screening.  It is relatively inexpensive and lets the spring breeze and sunshine in while keeping the pests out.

We’d like to highlight one of our exterior designs for a Florida residence.

Here is a view of the outside kitchen and breakfast room, the perfect place for dining al fresco.

Our goal was to create a true extension of the home, complete with a fireplace and TV.

We draped the sitting area near the hot tub to give both spaces options for privacy.

The adjacent bar area and game room is great for keeping everyone connected.  The walls of glass to the right can stack back next to the rear panel, so the space can be completely open.

This exterior environment is possible, enjoyed and enhanced by the large screen panels.  We suggest using darker screen material as opposed to gray or silver, as darker panels tend to ”vanish” as you look through them.

Time to shut down our computers and go outdoors!
